Starting from the pool at the base of the spectacular Aniwhenua Falls, you'll learn river safety and how to paddle your riverbug in whitewater before taking on the Rangitaiki's rapids. Soon you'll be riding the waves through a scenic rock-walled gorge with water cascading from the sides. Expect plenty of wet fun, We'll guide you through the whitewater and show you some cool tricks along the way, relaxing between rapids to take in the scenery and learn about the local culture, history and geology. After the tour we'll enjoy a hearty picnic snack by the river.
